We use information to create accounts, organize medical records, support lab result reviews, manage consultations, verify providers, process manual payment confirmations, secure the platform, and send important service notifications.
Health data protection
Medical files and consultation details should only be accessed by authorized users, assigned providers, and approved operational roles. Access should be logged and limited to what is necessary for care and support.
Medical record retention
Files that have been reviewed as part of a consultation are retained as part of your medical record, even after being removed from your personal document list.
Your rights
Users should be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or clarification about how their personal data is processed, subject to applicable law and clinical record obligations.
Data protection compliance
ClariMed should align with Nigerian data protection requirements, including NDPA/NDPC expectations, before full public launch.
