Use of the platform
ClariMed helps patients upload medical files, request lab result reviews, receive recommendations, and request realtime consultations with verified care providers.
No emergency care
ClariMed is not an emergency service. Users with urgent symptoms or emergencies should seek immediate care from a hospital, emergency line, or qualified local provider.
Medical information
Reviews and consultations support understanding and follow-up. They should not replace in-person examination, emergency treatment, or clinical judgment where physical assessment is required.
Medical record retention
Files that have been reviewed as part of a consultation are retained as part of your medical record, even after being removed from your personal document list.
Payments
Realtime consultations may require payment. Manual transfer confirmation should be verified before a paid session is scheduled or made accessible.
Provider responsibilities
Providers are expected to submit accurate credentials, maintain professional standards, protect patient confidentiality, and operate within the scope of their license.
